1. Metallurgical chemical kiln introduction of metallurgy machine

3. Zinc Oxide Rotary Kiln Process flow of metallurgy machine:
(1) The zinc charge and coking coal are crushed into particles less than 40 mesh, and the zinc charge and coking coal are mixed at the ratio of 1∶0.30 ~ 0.35 to get the mixture.
(2) Make the mixture into the particle mixture with an effective diameter of 8-15 mm, and finally put the particle mixture into the rotary kiln for smelting.
(3) When zinc oxide ore or industrial slag with zinc content of 15% ~ 25% is smelted to produce zinc oxide, coke or coal can be greatly saved.
(4) The zinc oxide obtained by smelting has high productivity, good product quality and small nodulation amount.
