Applircation of Distilled Monoglyceride in plastic as Lubricant. 

Distilled Monoglycerides are mainly used as mold release agents, plasticizers, and antistatic agents in the plastics industry, and are especially suitable for shrink-resistant plastic foam products. In the production of PVC products, it can be used as an internal lubricant, as a modifier for alkyd resins, and as a plasticizer for nitrocellulose. In the production of agricultural greenhouse film, monoglyceride is the most widely used emulsifier as the main raw material of dripping agent. It can be used as a lubricant for the production of transparent polyvinyl chloride particles, white or slightly yellow granular powder, as a polyvinyl chloride internal lubricant, has good compatibility with polyvinyl chloride resin, and improves the free flow of polyvinyl chloride molecules It is used in PVC hard/soft products.

Distilled Monoglycerides/ Glycerol Monostearate is used in masterbatches, color masterbatches as Antistatic Agent. It migrates quickly in the plastic resin and has a long effect time.
