Working Principle
The paddy dryer employs rotary heating technology that quickly generates sufficient hot air to eliminate eggs through high temperature treatment. Digital controls and instrumentation maintain precise drying box temperature to prevent discoloration and quality degradation. The insulated drying cabinet, constructed with metal aluminum plates and silica gel cotton, significantly reduces energy consumption. A cyclotron system ensures effective air circulation, humidification, and heating throughout the drying process.

The system features a three-sector fire-proof wall design with double brick layers for each wall. This intelligent design prevents open flame exposure, ensuring stable, safe operation and extended service life. Compatible fuels include natural gas, coal, wood, rice husk, diesel, and other options.
