High Damage Threshold Nd Doped Yttrium Vanadate Nd YV04 Laser Crystal
High Damage Threshold Nd: YVO4+YVO4 Diffusion Bonded Laser Crystal
Introduction :
Bonded crystal is a product in which a laser crystal and one or two pure non-doped materials are firmly combined through bonding technology. Bonded crystals can effectively reduce the temperature of laser crystals and reduce the impact of thermal lens effects caused by end-face deformation.
Crystal bonding is a kind of composite technology of laser crystal. Because most optical crystals have a high melting point, it is usually necessary to promote the diffusion and fusion of molecules on the surface of two crystals through precise optical processing by high-temperature heat treatment, and finally form a stable chemical bond to achieve the real integration. Therefore, crystal bonding technology is also called diffusion bonding technology (or thermal bonding technology).
