3mm Optomechanical Polarization Faraday Rotator Non Reciprocity
Center Wavelength 1064nm Clear Aperture 3mm Faraday Rotator
1. Faraday Rotator Introduction:
The Faraday rotator uses the non-reciprocity of magneto-optical materials, that is, it can rotate the polarization planes of forwarding incident light and reverse incident light of the same wavelength to the same direction by the same angle, regardless of the direction of beam propagation. If a Faraday rotator that rotates the polarization plane of the incident beam by 45 degrees is placed between a pair of polarizers placed orthogonally to each other at 45 degrees to form an optical isolator, it only allows the forward beam to pass through the system. The light beam transmitted in the reverse direction is blocked.
2. Main Features of Rotators :
- High Isolation
- Low insertion loss
- Multiple through-light apertures
- Double escape Windows at both ends
- Multiple wavelengths are available
- Certain wavelength bandwidth applicability
- The output polarization state is controllable
3. Applications of Rotators:
- Faraday Isolator
- Laser sensing system
- Ultrafast laser system
- OCT system
