10mm Gallium Gallium Garnet GGG Crystal Cube Substrate
Introduction:
The gallium garnet (GGG) has good physical, mechanical properties, and chemical stability, and is a special substrate for magneto films.
In an optical communication device, a large amount of 9 μ and 1.5 μ is used in a large amount of optical isolator, and its core component is a YIG or a BIG film placed in a magnetic field. GGG single crystal substrates with different tangential directions can be matched with this kind of magneto-optical materials, so as to ensure the successful epitaxial growth of YIG and BIG films.
In the field of magnetization, GGG crystals have been successfully applied to temperature zones below 20k, used in the market HE II stream, and the pre-fluidification of helium nitrogen liquefaction.
