Mosi2 Heater Introduction

Silicon molybdenum rods in the high temperature oxidation atmosphere, the surface layer of quartz protective layer to prevent the continued oxidation of silicon molybdenum rods. When the component temperature is more than 1700.C, the quartz protective layer melting, components in the oxidizing atmosphere, continue to use, quartz protective layer to re-generate. Silicon molybdenum rods should not be in the 400-700.C range of long-term use, otherwise the components will be pulverized due to the strong oxidation of low temperature.

Mosi2 Heater Feature

1. U shape mosi2 heaters is a kind of resistance heating element basically made of high pure Molybdenum Disilicide.

2. In oxidizing atmosphere, its Max temperature can reach 1800 deg.C, and its applicable temperature is 500~1700 deg.C.

3. It can be widely used in such applications as sintering and heating treating of ceramic, magnet ,glass, metallurgy ,refractory, ect.
