Product Application:
The Manual Railway Turntable is mainly used for transferring the railway wheelset from one track to another track in the maintenance depot. The turning operation is manual.

Main Features:
- The turntable is mainly composed of Zinc patten plate, turntable body, centering device, slew bearing, positioning and locking deivce, 8 castors and wheel stop device.
- The turntable is overall steel structure. It applies finite element technology to analyze the deformation of the structure under various stress conditions, and optimize the design to make the overall structure of the turntable reasonable, safe and reliable with good rigidity.
- The operation of turntable is controled manually.
- When rotate at 90°, it requires the operator to stop and lock the turntable manually.
- The turntable is provided with wheel stops to stop the wheelset from rolling out during rotation.
- The turntable can be turned in clock wise or counterclock wise and will stop at any 90° as per required.
- The turntable is equipped with reliable safety protection and insurance measures, and grounding device, it has over-current, short-circuit and other protection functions. The turntable is also provided with emergency cut-off switch to ensure that the turntable can be conveniently stopped in case of emergency, so as to ensure no damage to the turntable and personnel. The electrical and mechanical parts are provided with moisture-proof, high temperature proof and dust-proof measures.
