1. This machine is the raw materials homogenizing equipment in the brick making production line

This machine uses two symmetrical spirals that rotate synchronously, it adds water and mixes the raw materials during the transportation in order to evenly mix the raw materials, so that the mixed raw materials are neither too dry (with the ash existing) nor too moist (with water drop infiltration). It is easy to use and maintain this machine, and it have features such as: high using safety, steady operation and wide application field and so on.

4. This machine adopts complicated sealing for gears and bearings, and the mixing blades are cast made from wear resisting materials with its using life 4 times and above of the ordinary mixing blades.

The twin-shaft stirring machine is the stirring equipment of materials and water during raw materials handling. The electric motor of the equipment via reducer can drive stirring long axis and counter gear to let stirring long & short shafts operate relatively. We install stirring vane on the shafts.
