Points of Nobel Biocare Replace™ Healing Cap:

Healing abutments are produced in two collar heights of 3mm (Fig.6, left) and 5mm (Fig.6, right) for all four platform diameters. Each abutment is color coded (Fig.5) in compliance with the prevailing "Replace" color identification scheme on top of the abutment for easy identification fuchsia (NP, 3.5mm), yellow (RP, 4.3mm) blue (WP, 5.0mm) and green (6.0mm). The abutments are machined as a mono block and incorporate the screw and abutment in to a singular unit. A Unigrip™ driver is utilized to service the healing abutments.

6.0 platform healing abutments are only available in one emergence profile diameter of 7mm while all other platform diameter abutments are machined in two emergence profile diameters. NP healing abutments are offered in two emergence profile diameters of 3.5 and 4.5mm. RP abutments are produced in emergence profiles of 4.3 and 5.3mm. WP abutments are produced with a choice of 5.0 and 6.0mm emergence profile diameters.
