Our lithium battery electrode slice slitter is manufactured through pressing, sintering, and fine grinding of cemented carbide powder, offering high wear resistance and anti-adhesion properties. Specialized in solving cutting problems including sticking knife, dust, burr, knife back print, wavy edge, and color difference.
Each blade undergoes 500x magnification inspection with no notches detected. Our precision manufacturing prevents edge collapse and burrs that could cause battery short circuits and safety hazards.
With years of experience in cemented carbide industrial tools production, we maintain strict control over blade size tolerance through unique edge precision machining technology and 100% automated edge inspection processes.
