High precision tungsten carbide balls (TC alloy balls) composed of high-hardness refractory metal carbide micron powder with cobalt or nickel as binder, sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.

The production process includes: powder preparation → recipe formulation → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → adding molding agent → drying → sieving → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → forming → sintering → forming (blank) → packaging → storage.
