Cemented Carbide Thread Nozzle for Oil Drilling 26.30mm Length YG8 Grade
The cemented carbide threaded nozzle is mainly used on PDC bits for drilling and mining, and is made of all hard aggregate materials. It is characterized by high wear resistance, high strength and corrosion resistance. Kedal Tools can produce various types of cemented carbide threaded nozzles, including standard products from world-famous drilling companies, and accepts ODM and OEM customized services.
The cemented carbide threaded nozzle is made of 100% tungsten carbide powder by pressing and sintering. It features strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high hardness. The threads are generally of metric and inch systems, used to connect the nozzle and drill base.
Nozzle types are generally divided into four categories:
- Cross groove type
- Inner hexagon type
- Outer hexagon type
- Quincunx type

- With thread (primarily used on PDC drill bits)
- Without thread (mainly used on roller bits)

- Internal hexagonal thread nozzles
