Production Process
- Pulping: Special solvents and binders are mixed with powdered positive and negative active substances to create paste-like materials.
- Coating: The prepared slurry is evenly coated on metal foil surfaces and dried to create positive and negative plates.
- Assembly: Components are arranged in order (positive plate, diaphragm, negative plate, diaphragm), wound to support the battery pole core, then injected with electrolyte and sealed.
- Formation: Finished batteries undergo charging/discharging tests with specialized equipment to select qualified products.
