SSCD Dynamometer for Single Cylinder Engine
In the test of single cylinder engine, because of the unbalanced rotation, the torque measurement fluctuates greatly; therefore, the torque of single cylinder engine cannot be directly measured by torque meter. SSCD series dynamometer is specially developed for single cylinder engine test.
The dynamometer adopts unique suspension structure, which can effectively cushion the impact of single cylinder engine output on torque meter, effectively avoid the impact of single cylinder engine vibration on torque measurement, and ensure the stability and reliability of measurement.
SSCD dynamometer consists of a suspended AC motor, tension pressure sensor, force measuring device, speed sensor, mounting base and flange connected with power machinery.
Working Principle
The alternating current generated by AC motor is converted into DC power by ACS inverter, and then converted into AC network / resistance consumption. ACS AC variable frequency speed regulation system controls the speed and torque of prime mover by regulating the grid current of motor.
When used with the control system, it can not only accurately measure and control the speed and torque of various rotating power machinery, but also measure and collect other signals such as temperature and pressure.
