SLZN-500 series torque and speed sensor is an integrated product composed of sensor and integrated circuit according to resistance strain. This sensor has high requirements for manufacturing process, internal clearance and fit requirements. The advantages of the torque speed sensor at home and abroad, the advantage of the sensor is that there is no internal friction speed can achieve high response speed.

Function Description

• The performance and installation dimension of the product are fully compatible with the corresponding sensors of SLZN series, and the user does not need to change too much design to replace the product.
• Data sampling time can be as fast as 1 ms, and can be set between 1-1000 MS as needed.
• Using advanced measurement algorithm, the measurement error of data signal can be reduced to ± 1Hz.
• Through the digital bus interface signal, the measured value of torque and speed is directly transmitted to the computer and other network control equipment.
• The bus data communication has CRC data verification function, and the reliability of data transmission is high.
• The measured parameters can be remotely modified by computer and other control equipment, and the parameters can be completely saved after power failure.
• It has a variety of intelligent functions, such as overload alarm, fault detection, status indication, etc.
• Long distance data transmission can be realized through digital bus interface.
