Selection Method of Electric Dynamometer

The power dynamometer adopts AC frequency conversion feedback loading, and the loading energy is fed back to the power grid through the AC load generator; the torque and speed are directly measured by the torque sensor; the selection elements of the power dynamometer.

• In the test, the dynamometer is often used to test the torque, speed and output power of the motor.
• The selection of the electric dynamometer should not only meet the three main technical indicators of speed, torque and power, but also see whether it meets the specific requirements of the test. Generally, the parameters such as no-load speed, no-load loss and locked rotor torque need to be tested, which also need to be considered.
• In the selection of dynamometer, all test data of motor are between 30% and 90% of dynamometer performance parameters. Because the accuracy of the dynamometer in this interval is guaranteed.
• The electric dynamometer does not need water cooling, only air cooling;
