Introduction

The electric drive test system applies the power system of pure electric passenger vehicle or commercial vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell hybrid vehicle to provide a simulation test of the new energy power system. The test device includes the motor, motor controller, gearbox, and electric drive system.
The electric drive bench test system is mainly used for performance calibration and verification of vehicle power systems. It has the ability to load vehicle shaking models for simulation verification of mechanical components. The system operation adopts manual or program control, and can synchronously record physical parameters such as voltage, current, power, speed, torque, and temperature, It is used to calculate the efficiency of the motor and controller and draw the cloud diagram curve.

System safety protection - extend the service life of the equipment

1. A double-loop mode protection mechanism is adopted for system control to effectively create a safe operating environment.
2. Equipped with the vibration monitor unit, it can monitor the running state of the test system and the electric drive powertrain at the same time, collect the real-time data and calculate the data through the data algorithm.
3. Carry out spectrum overall value (SOA) system management. If the system is abnormal, it will be fed back to the control end for alarm or shutdown.

Data synchronization measurement to improve experimental reliability

1. The data monitoring interface can display the instantaneous value of the test in real-time, including voltage, current, speed, torque, input power, output power, efficiency, temperature, etc
2. It can collect data synchronously and adjust sampling frequency according to different test requirements
3. FD data or other physical signals can be collected synchronously
