Introduction
 

Permanent magnet synchronous motor also has the advantages of high starting torque, short starting time and high overload capacity. It can reduce the installed capacity of equipment driving motor according to the actual shaft power, save energy and reduce the investment in fixed assets. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has convenient control, constant speed, does not change with load fluctuation and voltage fluctuation, only depends on frequency, and operates stably and reliably. Due to the strict synchronization of speed and good dynamic response performance, it is suitable for frequency conversion control. The installation dimensions of permanent magnet synchronous motor comply with IEC standards and can directly replace three-phase asynchronous motor. The protection grade can reach IP54 and IP55. Some manufacturers also produce explosion-proof permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Product feature

Small volume and light weight are conducive to vehicle lightweight and reduce energy consumption of electric vehicles. Due to the use of high-performance permanent magnet materials to provide magnetic field, the air gap magnetic field of permanent magnet motor is larger than that of induction motor, and the volume and weight of permanent magnet motor can be greatly reduced compared with induction motor. For example, the maximum weight of 11kw asynchronous motor is 220kg, while that of permanent magnet motor is only 92kg, which is equivalent to 45.8% of the weight of asynchronous motor.
