Professional Vehicle Dyno for Automotive Dynamometer

Introduction

This dynamometer is designed to complete the motor and control system performance test, pre-delivery inspection and durability assessment. This system uses ABB ACS880 series inverter system to control the dynamometer. Frequency conversion inverter system adopts AFE (active filter) type four quadrant operation frequency converter. The measurement and control system communicates with CPU unit of frequency converter through CAN bus. The whole system adopts power feedback technology to feedback the power directly connected to the grid.
The system has complete functions and can meet the following test requirements of the motor system: temperature rise test, motor torque speed characteristic, overload capacity test, responsiveness test, blocking test, maximum working speed test, overspeed test, feed test, working condition cycle test, etc.
