Introduction

ABB ACS880 series frequency conversion controller is used in this scheme. ACS880 is the latest generation of full digital AC converter, which can reach the perfect limit of ac motor control. The ACS880 is the first generation of direct torque control (DTC) AC converters capable of accurately controlling the speed and torque of any standard motor without feedback from an optical code disc or a speed measuring motor.

The cabinet includes fuse, contactor, etc. The motor cable adopts high-grade power shield cable, and the signal cable adopts double shielded twisted-pair cable to eliminate the interference effect. It contains high-power cooling fan, which can ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
