Instruction:

Fiber-reinforced concrete is ideal for improving the durability and toughness performance of concrete and mortar. Fibers in concrete help reduce shrinkage cracks, increase strength, increase energy absorption and reduces dangerous spalling at high temperatures.

2. Acid and alkali resistance: less strength loss than any other fiber at high temperature for extended period.

3. Dispersion: no adhesion, rapid dispersion in water, good compatibility with cement.

4. Corrosion resistance: no mildewing, rotting and wormed damages after a long period of burial in dirt.

Applications:

1.To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.

2.In the construction of high-grade highway, the use of high modulus high strength PVA fiber can significantly improve its tensile strength and tensile stress.

3.To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.
4. Improve the compactness of the material and improve the impermeability.
5. Improve the impact resistance and ultimate tensile properties of the material.
6.To replace high force rayon to produce meridian tyres or tyre cord.
