Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber, which is made from high-quality polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with high degree of polymerization and processed by special advanced technology.

Applications:

1. To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.

2. The tensile strength and stress of high modulus and high strength polyvinyl alcohol fiber can be improved significantly in the construction of high grade highway.

3. Used as crack resistant material for concrete/mortar. The addition of concrete/mortar not only improves the tensile strength of concrete, but also reduces the internal cracks of concrete and inhibits the further development of micro-cracks.
4. The bundled uncut fibre can be used to replace rebar in application of water conservancy projects.
5. To replace high force rayon to produce meridian tyres or tyre cord.
6. Used as reinforcement material for rubber products, production of conveyor belt, fire hose, woven hose.
