Instruction:

Polyvinyl alcohol fiber is a synthetic fiber made from polyvinyl alcohol. It has good affinity acid resistance with cement. Mainly used for concrete products, such as proximate matter or sheet material, suppress micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage of concrete. It is become a new material to replace the asbestos as the reinforced material of cement products.

High Strength and High Modulus PVA Staple Fiber is new type functional material,mainly used as a reinforcement in concrete as a substitute for asbestos.

With the function of anti-cracking and watertight,earthquake resistance,impact resistance,anti-freeze,fatigue resistance,anti-wear,weight loss,increase the tenacity of concrete and other functions,it is as ideal substitute to asbestos,known as “green environmental products”.

Applications:

1. Replace asbestos as cement reinforcement material.

2. In the construction of high-grade highway, the use of high modulus high strength PVA fiber can significantly improve its tensile strength and tensile stress.

3. To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.
4. Bundles of uncut fibers can be used to replace steel bars in hydraulic engineering.
5. Pipes,boards,tunnels,mines,culverts,slope and other shotcrete,coastal tidal zone,chemical corrosion sites,light wall slab,GRC board,Heat retaining panel and other building materials..
6. To be the reinforcement material for rubber products and to produce conveyer belt, fire hose and woven hose.
