     Feed Grade Ferrous Sulphate, Off-white granule or powder. Odorless, odorless, with salty astringent taste. The relative density is 1.898. Melting point 64℃. Soluble in water. It will weather in dry air. It is easily oxidized to brown-yellow basic ferric sulfate in moist air. Is titanium dioxide by-product, sulfuric acid decomposition ilmenite manufacturing titanium dioxide production by precipitation, freezing, separation of by-product ferrous sulfate, recrystallization refining, produced ferrous sulfate products.

Application

      Feed grade ferrous sulfate is often used as an iron supplement in feed and is widely used as a feed additive in chickens, ducks, cattle and sheep. It has a good role in replenishing iron to feed livestock, preventing animal anemia diseases, and enhancing the resistance of livestock to diseases during the growth process. In aquaculture industry, if the fish appear rotten gill disease, it is generally used in combination with copper sulfate pentahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate.

     In terms of feed, ferrous sulfate is a kind of iron salt additive, which is used as an iron supplement in feed processing. Iron also has a detoxification effect on gossypol, the toxin contained in cottonseed cake in feed.

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Keep out of direct sunlight. The package must be sealed and protected from moisture. It should be stored separately from oxidizer and alkali, and should not be mixed. The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks.
