1.application and performance 

① AH-88 is a general purpose levelling agent. It can be used in pure epoxy, hybrid, pure polyester (TGIC/HAA), polyurethane systems and other kinds of thermosetting powder coating systems.

② AH-88 can eliminate the fish-eye and crater phenomena, reduce the coating surface tension efficiently, and increase the film gloss.

③AH-88 can improve the wetting of substrate, and decrease the orange peel.

④AH-88 doesn’t contain any silicone component. It won’t affect the recoating adhesiveness.

⑤The recommended dosage is 0.8 ～1.2% of the total weight. AH-88 does not contain any accelerating wet agent. The user can adjust the formulations according to the real instance.

3.Description of Leveling Agent

Leveling Agent AH-88 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It can be applied to all kinds of thermoplastic and thermosetting powder coatings.

4.Package, storage and validity

①. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.

②. Package:  25kgs/polyethylene-lined kraft paper-plastic compound bag

③. Validity: one year under normal temperature.
