Instruction:

Polyvinyl alcohol fiber with high strength, high modulus polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the main raw material, it has high modulus, high strength, low elongation, no pollution, non-toxic, and acid, alkali, salt, wear resistance, sun resistance, corrosion resistance, mothproof, crack resistance, anti-penetration, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and other properties. Used for roof treatment, basement and wall plastering mortar for industrial and civil buildings.As a reinforcing material for gypsum products, magnesite products, powder building materials, rubber products and plastic products.

Applications:

1.To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.

2.In the construction of high-grade highway, the use of high modulus high strength PVA fiber can significantly improve its tensile strength and tensile stress.

3.To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.
4. Improve the compactness of the material and improve the impermeability.
5. Improve the impact resistance and ultimate tensile properties of the material.
6.To replace high force rayon to produce meridian tyres or tyre cord.
