Potassium formate solid is white crystal with water absorbing performance. It is soluble in water and glycerol, slightly soluble in methanol. Potassium formate liquid is clear liquid and the specific gravity of its saturated solution is 1.57g/cm3.
It is widely used in the oil drilling industry, snowmelting/deicing ,carbon black,anti-freezing fluid,leaf fertilizer,and so on.
