PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

We have the most advanced processing of silicon steel grade MgO in China, it is the unique equipment in China with Japanese production technology.We have carried out research and development optimization to ensure the quality stability. Specifications such as particle size, crystal structure, hydration rate, activity degree and viscosity are superior to those of domestic counterparts. Magnesium oxide is a white powder or granular material, which is obtained by bringing about a chemical reaction. Magnesium oxide is practically insoluble in water,and easily soluble in diluted acids. It is customized in different bulk weights and particle sizes (fine powder to granular material).

Use:

MgO is reacted with an oxide film (SiO2) formed on the surface of the steel sheet during decarburization annealing
during high-temperature annealing to form a glassy film-magnesium silicate underlayer on the surface of the steel strip.
