Description
This pallet trucks is designed with additional reinforcement to increase load strength and is robust and hardwearing. The cylinder is formed in one piece and made of high quality carbon steel, which greatly reduces the possibility of oil leakage and deformation. We weld by imported robots, so the seams are small and dense, while ensuring strength. The structure is stamped and shaped and treated with a shot-blasted lacquer, which is durable and resistant to fading. The piston rod is specially treated to eliminate oil leaks and is aesthetically pleasing and durable.
The advantage of AC/BF Type and DF Type
BF/AC Type: Adopted the integrated casting process and the overall seal design, with the high-quality imported components for key parts, the pump can’t leak even when the seal for pressure cylinder breaks. All the piston rods are chrome Diated.which makes them cood enouoh in heatresistance and hardness. Unlike the scattered parts the pump valve core with the overall design is convenient for maintenance. With the overload protection on the valve, the pump can't lift when overloaded.
DF Type: The steel plate welded pump lowers the cost, which makes it mare economical and practical. Three-stage pasitioning control enables the easy operation. And the manual control valve enhances the security, the tapered arc design for the front of the forks reduces defarmation.
