Crash barrier forming equipment have been designed for producing w beam guardrails with 2 wave and 3 waves or the beams placed on both sides of highway or expressway.The driving of machine is gear box, that is more stable than chain driving.It is composed of Manual Decoiler,material feeding,raw material leveling,punching device,main forming,automatic cutting.The final product can be cut as per set length controller,and the length is automatically measured by encoder.When final product reached set length, machine will stop to cut the sheet automatically.Finish this action,the machine will run again continuously, and extra beam is required to fix guardrail.punching holes are required on that.Common thickness 3-4mm.
