If the size is unique, only 1 station punching is needed, 1 die, and punching speed can be 0-6 m per minute. If there are 2-3 height and width dimensions, then a 2-station punch is required and production speeds of 0-4 metres per minute can be achieved.
This line is more price oriented, so in the forming machine part is only suitable for the production of thicknesses below 2mm and the yield strength of the steel coil is less than 250 Mpa. at this time the forming machine structure we choose wall plates with chain drive. The shearing is also done by stopping the shearing. Although the production speed is slower, the version made is just as perfect. Customers can choose according to their budget.
