Equipment composition

The equipment is mainly composed of automatic discharge machine, guiding frame, levelling machine, feeding machine, continuous punching device, forming part, cut-off part, receiving table, electrical control cabinet and other components.

2. The bed is a welded steel plate. It is tempered to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation of the machine body.

3. The forming machine frame is made of cast iron and tempered. High strength and long service life.

4. The material of the roll shaft is 40Cr, tempered to a hardness of HB280.

5. The material of the forming mould is GCr15, quenched, hardness: HRC56-62℃.
