XM42 tiltable permanent magnetic chuck
USAGE METHOD
1. Wipe the bottom surface of the suction cup and gently place it on the workbench of the machine tool withthe nameplate facing out, and then fasten the base with the bolt pressing plate
2. Check or repair the parallelism of the working face of the suction cup to the working surface of themachine tool
3. Place the workpiece on the working surface of the suction cup, and then insert the wrench into the shaft hole and turn it 180 degrees clockwise to align the red mark with "on" to suck the workpiece for processing.4. After the workpiece iS processed, insert the wrench into the shaft hole and turn it 180 degrees anti clock wise to align the red mark with "off' to remove the workpiece.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. It is strictly prohibited to knock and scratch, and the surface shall be cleaned before use to avoid affecting the accuracy.
2. Use ambient temperature -40 'C ~ 50 'C to prevent magnetic force reduction
3. After use, the working surface shall be coated with antirust oil to prevent rust.
4. Please pay attention to the safety when processing, pay attention to the speed and the cutting amount(grinding amount) when processing hard materials, so as to prevent the workpiece from flying out.
