High concentration alpha-amylase for fabric and garment desizing

Sunhy Amylase HT366 is a genetically modified α-amylase. It is suitable for fabric and garment desizing process.

Application Guide

For heavy fabrics: add 0.5g/L nonionic penetrant before the wetting agent in pre-washing, and adjust the pH value before adding enzymes.

For lightweight fabrics: the amount of enzyme can be determined according to the actual situation. Lower the dosage accordingly on a case-to-case basis.

Storage

It is better to be stored in a cool and dry environment. Activity is guaranteed no less than labeled within six months storage at room temperature (25℃). Avoid long-term storage above 30℃ or other hazardous conditions containing the high temperature.

Safety

HT366 is developed for the textile industry only. It does not apply to the food industry. In operation, do not make direct contact with the enzyme, avoid long-term inhalation of its dust or aerosol. Flush with water immediately in case of direct contact of the enzyme with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
