1. High precision winding-system:

Digital winding electronic, unwinding with transverse oszillation possible. two different rewind mode.

2. Spreader roller:

Metal straight spreader rollers for uniform tension across the total web width and uniform coating & rewinding.

3. Combined mode evaporation system for:

1)ALUMINIUM SOURCE

Thermal evaporator for resistance heated inter metallic composite. Continuous aluminium wire feed system which can be observation conveniently.

2)ZINC SOURCE

Radiation heated furnace for zinc evaporation. Nozzle plates for uniform or reinforced edge coating.

4. Advanced oil blocking system:

Advanced oil masking system for producing non-metallic stripes in the direction of web paper. Multi position high-precision remote control adjustment of the oil evaporation tube, with digital indications on the touch screen. Radiation oil heating and oil pollution prevention design.

5. Precision process control:

The industrial PC control system is based on window operation and adopts a BECKHOFF TFT touch screen. Ethernet connection facilitates remote diagnosis, data login, and software updates, and has security interlocking.
