Product Description
Electric drive system:
The electric drive system of BOPET workshop provides driving devices for various parts of BOPET, including main extruder unit (extruder and metering pump control are provided by the buyer), cooling drum, longitudinal drawing unit, transverse drawing unit, traction unit and turnover double station winder.
The transmission device adopts AC servo transmission scheme.
The transmission device adopts photoelectric encoder feedback, and the speed stability accuracy can reach 0.1% (under rated speed).
All AC servo drives are equipped with PROFINET and PROFIBUS DP fieldbus interface, which can directly form fieldbus network with PLC controller.
The main extruder and cold drum require high transmission accuracy to ensure the uniformity of longitudinal tolerance of BOPET film.
