Product Description
Preheating, drawing and heat setting rolls:
The heat in the roller is transferred to the film through the outer layer of the roller. In order to make the roller surface temperature uniform, hot water flows around the roller surface along the film area of the spiral channel. The inner and outer surfaces of the roller need to be machined to ensure uniform wall thickness of all parts of the roller. Through special calculation, the type and clearance of the runner in the roller ensure the uniform distribution of hot water in each channel and the uniform surface temperature of the roller. The roller bearing adopts imported high-temperature and high-precision self-aligning roller bearing. The rotating side is fixed and the operating side is swimming thermal elongation.
