Reciprocating Roll Handling System: The roles of unwinding roll and rewinding roll can be exchanged, so that it is not necessary to open the vacuum chamber more than one time even for the a complete multilayer metallization process.
Inline Optical Density Monitoring System: Our system is attributed to a open loop control system, in which reactions to uniformity problem can be manually conducted. We prefer the open loop sytem rather than the closed loop feedback system, because, according to our experience in the field of vacuum metallizing, manual reaction is generally quicker than the automatic feedback given by the closed loop system.
