Product Description

The chain clip and guide rail assembly of the horizontal drawing machine are the key parts of the horizontal drawing machine (TDO). The chain clip and guide rail assembly adopted by Dongsheng are provided by the manufacturers who have been supporting the internationally famous double drawing equipment for a long time, with the advantages of good consistency and high reliability.

The chain clip is a rolling chain clip, which is mainly composed of clip body, clip handle, chain, pin shaft, spring sleeve and baffle. The chain is supplied by professional manufacturer, the chain pitch is 60mm, the inner and outer chain plates are made of 7mm thick steel plate, the diameter of chain pin is 14mm, hardened and polished. The inner and outer surfaces of the chain sleeve are hardened and honed to ensure the accurate diameter and high smooth surface of the sleeve. The chain roller is installed on the chain sleeve and can rotate freely to avoid wear when the chain is meshed with the sprocket.
