Temperature control system:
There are a large number of temperature control points in the production process of BOPET, and the temperature control accuracy of these points should meet the requirements of the process.
The filter, melt line and die head are heated by electricity or oil. PT100 platinum resistance is used as the temperature detection sensor. The actual temperature detected is input into PLC and PID calculation is performed by PLC. Then the output of PLC controls the power unit or regulating valve to heat or cool. The accuracy of temperature control can reach ± 1 ° C.
It is required to control the temperature of jacket cooling water to meet the process requirements. The workshop shall be equipped with refrigeration unit to control water temperature through cold / heat exchanger, temperature sensor and regulating valve.
