This is a compact magnetron sputtering system with dual 2" target sources, e.g., one DC source for coating metallic film, and the other RF source for coating non-metallic material. This coating system is designed for coating both single or multiple film layers for a wide range of materials, such as alloy, ferroelectric, semiconductor, ceramic, dielectric, optical, PTFE, etc..
1 This equipment combined magnetron sputtering and vacuum evaporation techniques with in the same coating equipment, the only use of magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge to the target atoms spill and partially ionized film deposited on the substrate
2 while can be used by resistance heating in a vacuum feed molten metal plating and allowed to vaporize and then deposited on the substrate film. Increased use of facilities and flexibility.
