We build custom hot plate welding systems for joining irregularly shaped semi-crystalline and amorphous thermoplastic materials by radiant or direct contact heat. Hot plate welding is available with pneumatic, hydraulic, or servo-controlled actuation.
This hot plate welder was customized according to the client's request. It can be controlled by servo motor control for the movement of the heating plate and upper and lower fixtures. The heating method can be electrical heating, IR heating, or hybrid heating method, depending on the condition of the products to be welded.
