This is the horizontal type ultrasonic welding generator with the new look and digital circuit, which has three working modes, you can adjust the setting according to different products.
Working Principle:
When ultrasonic acts on the two thermoplastic plastics’ surface, it will produce tens of thousands of times of high-frequency vibration per second. This kind of high-frequency vibration reaches a certain amplitude , and transmits ultrasonic energy to the welding area through welding parts. As the welding area is the interface of two welding surfaces, the sound resistance is large, so local high temperature will be generated.
Because of the poor thermal conductivity of plastic, for a time can not be distributed in a timely manner, concentrated in the welding area, resulting in the two plastic contact surface quickly melting, plus a certain pressure, so that the two plastic parts can be welded together.
