The ultrasonic welding generator can generate high power and high-frequency alternating current to match the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic generators can be divided into self-excited and separate-excited generator boxes. The ultrasonic generator converts 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20, 30,35, or 40 kHz power. And the converted high-frequency energy is matched to the corresponding transducer, which converts it again into mechanical motion at the same frequency.
