How does an ultrasonic welding generator work?
20KHz 2500W standard digital ultrasonic welding generator can produce higher than 20KHz audio electrical signal, through the piezoelectric ceramic inverse effect of transducer converted into a mechanical oscillation of the same frequency, and in the form of super audio longitudinal wave radiation to the joining parts.
KM-QD Series Generator
The ultrasonic welding generator adopts advanced microcomputer control technology and new circuit geometry, the failure rate can be less than 2%, which is easy to operate with high efficiency. It has four working modes(continuous, time, energy, grounding), you can adjust the ultrasonic frequency, timer, and power according to your request. The generator can be used for non-woven (N94, KN95 mask) welding, plastic welding, and food cutting industries.
