Working Principle:
The 220V/50HZ power supply is converted into high-voltage electric energy by the ultrasonic welding generator, and the transducer is used to convert it into mechanical energy. The mechanical vibration is amplified by the two-stage rod and transferred to the processed object through the welding horn, and the air pressure is used to produce the effect of pressurized friction fusion on the workpiece contact surface, so as to achieve a good welding effect, no need of glue or any other adhesive things.
