Non-contact heating method is used in this 5000W non-contact type perfluorinated filter IR welding machine to heat the plastic parts. The end caps can be heated quickly by IR and connected strongly with a certain press, which can result in a very nice and clean surface.
This method can avoid the problems of dirt adhesion to the welding mould resulted from hot plate welding method, meanwhile have solved the problem that full perfluor material cannot be joined strongly by hot plate welder.
