15kHz ultrasonic transducer is a vibration system combined with the ultrasonic converter and ultrasonic booster, the converter converts the high-frequency electricity into mechanical energy, while the booster, which itself does not produce any vibration, changes the amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration transmitted from the converter and then transmits out, it is also a process of impedance replacement. Under an appropriate electric field excitation, the ultrasonic converter produces regular vibration, its amplitude is normally around 10um, which is not strong enough to finish the welding process afterward, therefore, an ultrasonic booster is a necessity to boost the amplitude, if the material is endurable enough, the amplitude could reach to 100um.
