Pleated Water Filter Core End Cap Hot Plate Welding Machine
This machine is designed for welding the end caps of the pleated microporous membrane filters, one of the machines in the pleated filter production line. It is hot plate-type welding for the two caps on the two ends of the filter. After welding, the filter will have very good water-tightness.
The function of the hot plate welder:
1. It is a pleated microporous membrane filter connector welder, one of the machines in the production line for pleated filters.
2. It is used to weld the connectors/spears on both ends of the filter, and after welding, the filter gets good water-tightness.
3. Normally there are triangle connectors, fin connectors,s 222 sealing ring type connectors, 226 sealing ring type connectors, etc.
4. This machine can be used to weld two kinds of connectors at the same time to increase productivity.
